We want you to love your new look, but if you are not satisfied, unopened and factory-sealed contact lens boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on lenses that have been opened or tampered with.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, undamaged, and still in their original shrink-wrap or seal.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the sealed packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and ship them to the address provided by our support team.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
